  Thank You Pastor Baker, Deacon John Turner, Pastor Mike Dudley, Bro. Dean McGary, all other Staff at the Tabernacle Baptist Church and Schools. Always caring and compassionate and standing on the Word of God. My children attend school here with no regrets and are receiving a Godly education in a Godly atmosphere. One of the very good Churches in the area.

  I have visited this church a few times of my travels to Virginia Beach and have found it a pleasant place. The people are friendly and want to welcome you to their church. They are very interactive in a personal way. The hymns are played out and there is no applauding afterwards. Pastor Baker delivers his messages very well and he is able to hold my attention thru it. (I been up all night doing audits so I'm fairly tired on Sunday). Keep in mind that I am a Southern Baptist and this is not a Southern Baptist church but it is very close. I highly recommend Tabernacle Baptist.

  I have an elementary school child that had to be pulled from this school. This was my worst experience ever. The principal is very disrespectful. And even sought me out to disrespect me probably because I am a woman. On multiple occasions they released my child to people without asking for ID. The main school door is generally locked. But the preschool and side doors you can walk right into in the morning and afternoon and no one is there to stop you. I would never recommend this school to anyone. In fact a work at a huge company in the area and I even put the word out to people I had considering enrolling to make other plans for their children
