  When my dog passed away, they were at my house within an hour...I cannot tell you how much that eased my anxiety about how to handle this new situation at a time I was in shock. The remains were ready the next day in a wooden box with her name on it. Highly recommend.

  When my cat passed away..I called them and they were so very sweet, understanding, and sensitive to the matter. I took my Tommy yesterday to them..and recieved him back to me today. They were incredible!! And I absolutely love how caring they were. And very affordable!

  The staff at Pet Cremation Services of Tidewater made our experience nothing but positive. They treated us and most importantly our beloved Carmen with nothing but care and respect. The care they gave our Carmen was second to none! After 14 years with our family she was more then just a dog, she was another one of our kids and another sister/mommy/protector to my kids. I would recommend Pet Cremation Services of Tidewater to everybody and anybody. Thank you for all you did from the initial phone call to the respect you gave her when you picked her up all the way to us bringing her back home to be with us. THANK YOU.

  I used their services for the third time in December....two of the three times were for my own sweet babies. They are the most caring and compassionate people I have met and understand how much these "family members" mean to us. I would never take my babies anywhere else!

  When my dog was in such bad health that he could no longer get up & was using the bathroom on himself, I had to take him to the vet to be euthanized. My vet gave me the option of cremation & it was through this company. They picked him up from my vet on Saturday, and I was able to pick his remains up from my vet on Tuesday. I was pleased with the wooden urn with his name engraved. It also came with a cremation certificate. I am very happy with everything and it was done faster than I expected.
